The NANO2 by Allo is a compact and cost-effective all in one telephone system with rich feature set. It also has its own purpose built phone with all the bells and whistles you would expect from a business phone. It was designed for the SMB (Small and Medium Business), SOHO (Small Office Home Office) market segments delivering all the advanced features you would expect from an Asterisk based PBX controlled by a clear and user friendly interface.

Allo has managed to pack a powerful punch into the small footprint of the NANO2 phone system. It was built for upto 75 users with plenty of flexibility for VoIP and Analog devices and lines. The NANO2 supports 75 IP Extensions, upto 6 Analog extensions, up to 4 land lines, 32 IP and 8 TDM Simultaneous calls. Here is a quick video presentation on the NANO2.

The Allo Phone is an executive level IP phone that combines functionality and design with the latest technology. This phone was built for HD audio (High Definition) to provide the best voice quality available on the market today. It sports a traditional keypad for dialing but that’s probably the only thing traditional about this phone. All other options on this VoIP Phone are easily configured through the large 4.3” colour touch screen display. Feature wise, the Allo phone is easily comparable to something from Cisco or Snom. Here’s an overview of the touchscreen functionality in action.

Allo has struck an excellent balance of style, functionality, simplicity and price in the the NANO2 product line. I now understand why they say “Easy to Install, Easy to use, Easy on the eye.”. The NANO2 is now available in North America. For more information or pricing, click here.
